I noticed that the local Food Lion has employed an anti theft system for their shopping carts. They have locks on the wheels that activate when they pass over a yellow line in the parking lot. More power to em. It has always pissed me off when I see a cart at the end of a street or in a creek and I have just paid higher grocery prices to pay for it.
