I got to go see one of my best friends ever today. I've known Ray
for 17 years now, which is hard to believe in itself. Hard times,
good times, Ray's always there. Although he only lives about an
hour and 45 minutes from me, I don't get to see him often enough.
Tommy is Ray's man and he is one of my favorite people to cut
down. He is one of the few people who can take my smart ass tongue
and shoot right back at me without a pause. He is also making his
way with lymphoma right now but things are looking very good for him and
for that I am truly grateful. I love Ray
& Tommy very much.

As much as I hate Wal-Mart, I love
Wal-Mart. Sunday morning, chain breaks while mountain biking, all
stores closed except, well, you know. 20 or 25 minutes later,
riding again. No line either, what's up with that? Think
I'll buy some steaks and Cheerwine.

My mom had surgery today but I visited her and
I think she's gonna be just fine. A couple of weeks and she'll be
out and about just like normal. I hope I can say the same for my
jeep. It's also in the hospital. A rear stabilizer and a
little doe and it also should be just fine. Thanks again Hickory
Grove Auto.

Early morning, changed my oil in the truck and
jeep. My jeep is running so nice after getting it back from the
shop this week, a steering stabilizer you know. I can now actually
go over a bump without worrying about going out of control. My mom
also got out of the hospital and is doing well. Today, I will
bring Kaleb to the park, go to a party in Greensboro, and tomorrow I
will have a superb bike ride. A great weekend in store. I
love my mom, my dog, my jeep, and my pookey. I also love the
History Channel. However, when Black Sheep Squadron comes on, it's
time to go. Bye.

Ah, there's nothing like blowing chunks at 70
mph out the side of a jeep. Feeling much better now though, you
won't see me drinking again for a while. Also broke my bike again
this morning. I'd say it's terminal and time for a new one. Any
recommendations?

Well, I finally have my own domain name but
haven't moved this site there yet. It'll be www.jeeptick.com as
soon as I get authorization. Can you believe www.bigbluetick.com
was taken already, that bastard. I'm also on vacation this week
and everything I had planned I haven't done, but that's OK because I'm
just chilling with the dog, riding my
bike, driving my jeep, and watching Night Court on A&E. I love
that show. It's really weird being at home during the day.
It's very quiet. I like that and there's also pretty landscaping
boys to watch. I've also decided to start a special section on
this site showing unusual water towers. This is good because it'll
give us special side trips for pictures during our road trips. Oh
by the way, Duncan doesn't know about his new responsibility yet.
